Power Automate: include other people to a Power BI alarm
My colleagues also want to receive the notification email from the Power BI alerts. To include them, first, I will have to create those Power BI alarms (to know how, read Power BI: create an alert for notification). Once done, I will have to click on the “use Power Automate to trigger additional actions” option:

I will be directed to it then follow the simple instruction to reach the flow setup. As you can see, the “invalid parameters” is showing in red so I will click on it and I just have to select my alert called “unix”:

I will click now on the “+” to add an action:

If it is the first time, it will ask me to sign in:

On the search bar, I will put “send email” in order to select “send an email (V2)” for outlook 365:

I have to fill up the fields and I can change the name of the flow by clicking on the title (on the top just next to “back”). Once done, to finish, I just have to save it:
