Power BI: create an URL link
To create an URL, I will click on the “new column” and put this formula:
"your_url"&[argument]
Then on the “data category”, select “web URL”:
NOTE: if it makes reference to a picture, select “image URL”
I will create a table visualization:
I can let it like that or there are 2 options.
Option 1: put an icon
In the format your visual, active the “URL icon”:

NOTE: this option will not work for a picture URL
Option 2: insert the hyperlink
In the format your visual, in the “cell elements”, I will select the column I want to insert the link, in my example, it is “number” and I will active “WEB URL” then a popup will appear and in the “what field should we base this on?”, I will select the URL column:
