Power Automate: pause a flow
To pause a flow, there are 2 options:
- Delay: defining a duration. For instance, my previous action is to refresh an excel then I will pause 10 minutes before to proceed to the next actions

- Delay until: defining a date and time. For instance, my previous action is to refresh an excel then I want my next actions to proceed only the next day at 4:53:27AM

NOTE: the timestamp for my example “2025-10-20T04:53:27.000Z”
